Paul HoarPaul Hoar
As President of AgriFuels LLC, Mr. Hoar provides executive management for this Biodiesel consulting firm. He was Principal Investigator for the National Biodiesel Board on implementing fuel quality enforcement for the 50 states of the National Conference on Weights and Measures. His duties include managing the Biofuels Quality Trending Services business unit and financial management support to the other business units. 

He was employed in the aerospace industry with Smiths Aerospace LLC as a Business Director until his retirement in 2005. Previously he was employed by the Hamilton Sundstrand Division of United Technologies Corporation for 23 years in Program Management, Quality Management, and Business Development positions until his retirement in 1999.

LT Colonel Hoar served 33 years of active and reserve duty in the Connecticut Air National Guard serving as an aircraft mechanic and Command Pilot obtaining 3000 hours flying time in fighter aircraft. He retired from the Air Force in 1994.

Captain Hoar has a USCG 50 Ton Masters License, is a certified Instructor with the US Sailing and American Sailing Associations and delivers sailing vessels to and from the Caribbean.

Mr. Hoar earned B. S. and M.S. degrees from the University of Hartford and Rensselaer at Hartford, respectively.  He is a life member of the U.S. Naval Academy Alumni Association and is Treasurer of the Connecticut Biodiesel / Bioheat Association.


Jason Hoar
Jason Hoar is Vice President and founder of Connecticut-based AgriFuels LLC. He is a recognized leader whose vision and expertise have proven invaluable as the Company delivers on its mission to build quality focused products and services for the biodiesel industry. AgriFuels' will continue to expand it capabilities to serve the producers and consumers of the next generation fuel - biodiesel. 


Rich Sulinski
As Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO) of AgriFuels LLC, Rich provides the technology, processes, solutions and vision for applied national supply chain quality of biofuels. His ability to see the big picture of integrated international measures, regulatory controls, and supply chain operational details are critical to meaningful quality solutions and compliance programs for customers across the supply chain. His duties include managing the Quality Compliance Software business unit and field solutions for clients. 

He was employed in the aerospace industry for 28 years with Sikorsky Aircraft Division of United Technologies as a Senior IT Analyst. His responsibilities included the integration of division-wide applications and process improvements for engineering, manufacturing, inventory control, compliance programs, international contracts, sales and strategic planning.  Also responsible for IT solutions to manage international co-design and co-manufacturing of helicopters, and the configuration control of shared and propriety technical documents.
